Outdoor Wood-Fired Pizza on Your Gas Grill

Back in April, we introduced you to the KettlePizza—a device designed to turn your kettle grill into a wood-fired pizza oven. This week, the company launched a version for gas grills, aptly named KettlePizza Gas Pro.

Intended for gas grills with at least three burners and a minimum cooking area of 24″ wide by 17″ deep, the KettlePizza Gas Pro forms a cooking chamber that focuses the heat into a small space which is great for getting the tops of your pizzas brown and properly cooked, while the bottom of the pizza rests on a cooking stone.

Made in the USA, each KettlePizza Gas Pro kit comes with a heavy stainless steel chamber that sits on your grill, plus a 15″ x 1/2″ cordierite pizza cooking stone and thermometer. Deluxe kits also include a peel of your choice—wood or metal.

While it doesn’t say much, here’s a video showcasing the KettlePizza Gas Pro:

According to the company, the KettlePizza Gas Pro will be offered in a limited release of 100 units, which began June 5th, but we’re still seeing them in-stock on the site today.
